Start with the event you want

Write down the event name, venue and date before comparing ticket options. That small step prevents a surprising amount of confusion. Similar branding can appear on a single club night, a festival programme and a travel package, even though the purchases cover different things.

Use the organiser's current event page as the reference. A poster, social post or old ticket screenshot can help you recognise the event, but the actual offer needs to explain what you are buying.

Read the coverage of a pass

A multi-day pass can simplify a trip when it covers the programme you want. Check its dates, participating venues and included sessions. Look separately for boat parties, special daytime events, premium areas or other experiences that may require their own booking.

If the coverage is unclear, ask the seller to identify the included events before you pay. The word VIP by itself is not a complete description of access.

Take arrival conditions seriously

Some offers may attach conditions to arrival, wristband collection or re-entry. Read those conditions for the ticket you choose. Pay attention to nights that continue past midnight: the event's advertised date and your actual arrival time need to match the organiser's instructions.

For a group, establish whether everyone must arrive together and whether tickets are named. Confirm accepted ID and any age restriction directly from the event information.

Separate the ticket from the table

A table reservation can involve a deposit, a package or a minimum-spend commitment. Ask how admission is handled, how many guests are covered and which area the booking allows you to use. A table request acknowledgement should not be mistaken for a confirmed reservation.

  • Who is the seller and who handles questions about the booking?
  • What is included in the final price?
  • What happens if the programme changes or the event is cancelled?
  • Which confirmation or ticket must you show on arrival?

Keep one shared record

Save the offer, confirmation and contact details together. Let the group know which events are booked and which remain optional. When plans change, update the shared record rather than relying on a message buried in a long conversation. Clear arrangements make the actual night much simpler.

Your questions, answered.

Does a festival pass cover every club on Zrće?

Only the venues, events and sessions explicitly included in its terms. Read the organiser's current coverage.

Is submitting a VIP enquiry a booking?

An enquiry starts the process. Treat the reservation as confirmed only when the provider confirms availability, terms and any required payment.
